ReplyDeleteHow beautiful!
ReplyDeletewow she truely does not look like the same girl she was!
ReplyDeleteI just wanted you to know that Julia's story is the one that the Lord used to break my heart. It was Adeye's words and your families faithfulness to go that make us reevaluate our priorities. We are heading in March,to go get our girls. I'm pretty sure we are heading to the same city where Julia was. She is truly beautiful and everytime I see a photo of her I am teary eyed.
ReplyDeleteBeauty from ashes - she is a treasure!! Blessings to your family!
ReplyDeleteSO pretty!! What a huge difference! I kept having to scroll up and down to compare!!
ReplyDeleteWhat a blessing!
ReplyDeleteAmazing! She is so beautiful!
ReplyDeleteThat is amazing! I can not believe that it has been almost a year. I can remember praying for her and your family before you got her. May she be light unto this dark world!
ReplyDeleteWhat an amazing girl. Look at her eyes sparkle and her beautiful smile. God is good!
ReplyDeletewow, she's come so far!
ReplyDeleteShe is such a miracle. Thank you for "Sharing" Julia with us all. It gives me hope that there is a future for these precious children that are thought to be hopeless. May God continue to bless your family and little Julia as her smile shines to all of us who love her and are cheering her on!

Sweet beautiful girl who shares my first name! Every time I see updates about her and see how far she has come I rejoice! It'll be amazing to see what more she does in the coming months! She is already a different child, and I'm so grateful she got the chance she deserved!

ReplyDeleteIt's wonderful to see how far she has come! Now, could we have a post about Aaron please?
ReplyDeleteThat's the plan.....soon!!!!
DeleteSo amazing!!! Go Julia! I love seeing pictures of her growing and thriving. Look at her gorgeous, healthy, shiny hair. She is just getting more and more lovely. I am so very happy for her and for your family and can't wait to see where God takes her!
ReplyDeleteOh what a blessing to see the amazing difference LOVE can make!! :)
ReplyDeleteIt makes me so happy to see a child with CS. I love a little girl with CS as well. Sarah will be 27 on May 29. She is the reason my husband and I decided to adopt Special Needs kids. I love seeing Julia thrive in a family. I hope she's as much of a blessing to you as Sarah is to everyone who knows her.
ReplyDeleteJust to clarify....Julia was found NOT to have CS!
DeleteShe's thriving, looks so happy, and full of life!!! :) Thanks for keep us updated on her progress- did you find out if she was misdiagnosed with CS?
ReplyDeleteI wrote about it in one of my blog posts. Forgive me, I do not remember which one, but she was misdiagnosed. She does NOT have CS. She was found to have several chromosomal abnormalities (balanced and unbalanced translocations), none of which could label her with a complete diagnosis. One of the abnormalities alone is called 5Q14.3 deletion syndrome. But with the other abnormalities, we were told she falls under "unigue chromosomal abnormalities."
