  1. Thank you for the pics. I can't get over how much Avery looks like your other birth kids, esp. in that pic with Kacey! All your kids look like they belong together, with you. : )

  2. I was going to say the same thing as Blessed. In that 2nd picture your daughters almost look like twins! What a beautiful family. Thank you for sharing the pictures.
So glad to hear you are home safe and sound. Our family has been praying for you.

    1. Yes, I should. While in country, the app on my ipad would not let me do it. And now that I am home, I simply forgot :)

  6. I came to comment only to comment on how much Avery and your older daughter look alike. I love it when God does stuff like that. I see I am not alone. I am so happy for your family. God Bless.

  7. So happy for you and your whole family. We are friends with Victoria Charbonneau and she told me about you and your blog, and that we have a lot in common. I have prayed for you, and your little ones. My son with cerebral palsy was adopted in the US, so he has medicaid and that is a huge blessing. If you don't mind me asking, how does private insurance handle long term therapy needs? Just wondering how all that works, as I am looking into getting some OT for my son from Kazakhstan.

    1. Sure! Send me your email address and I will write to you. What I can briefly tell you is that our private insurance will only cover so many PT appts in a year and then we have to pay the rest out of pocket. Currently he has no other therapies, but we are going to be having a speech evaluation coming up soon.
