I spent all morning checking my email and Autumn's blog today, knowing she and her husband were going to orphanage today to see their baby boys for the first time. This means she would be in the same room as Julia and MAYBE get some new pictures of her and info. on how she is doing. To read her update today go to www.noknots.blogspot.com. Anyways, Julia seems to be doing really well. She was laughing and smiling and playing with toys. Autumn was able to get three pictures of her today.
Aren't they wonderful? She looks so happy! We can't wait to make her giggle ourselves.
Aaron is in a different room and is not sure if she is going to be able to see him, but she is going to try. We'll keep everyone posted.
Oh, Julia is beautiful!! LOVE her smile!! I can't wait until you pick up your babies and get them home. I hope that they get to see Aaron!
ReplyDeleteWill be praying for you!

Praise God...she's precious!!
ReplyDeleteOh Carey! How precious is her smile?!? I love it! She is just too cute. I was so happy to read on Autumn's blog that they saw her and she is doing well. What a blessing! How are preparations coming along on the homefront?
ReplyDeleteLove to see that smile!!
ReplyDeleteOh how wonderful!!! She is just beautiful! Thank you Lord for keeping her safe until her Mommy & Daddy get there!!
ReplyDeleteOh how wonderful to get smily pictures!!!!
ReplyDeleteDid you notice she's wearing the same outfit as in the photo that Adeye took?
ReplyDeleteShe looks delightful and happy! I'm so glad to hear she's doing well!
Oh my goodness -- I hope to God that that's not urine on the bed. (You can see it in all the photos, but especially on the top one.)
ReplyDeleteThat just breaks my heart thinking she's in a dirty crib on top of it all...I hope I'm wrong. I hope it's an optical illusion or a shadow.
Counting down the days until you spring her out of there!
She has such an amazing smile and she looks so sweet! And she looks like she´s doing pretty well and is active :)
ReplyDeleteohhh look at her, so sweet.....love and big hugs to you all from New Zealand
ReplyDeletewas tucking my baby in last night, and got a gut-wrenching urge to pray for julia. your girl is lifted up with resources unimaginably strong. the Lord hears us, friend. love, a mama in SC (we'd love to adopt from africa but are in so much debt..)
ReplyDeleteI orginally heard about your story on another mama's blog- who raised so much money to help bring your little girl home (The Most Important Post I Have Ever Written).
ReplyDeleteIt inspired me SO much- I started my own little giveaway just last week. We raised over $12,000 to help find Olga a home . Nobody has committed to her yet- and we don't qualify....but I am praying somebody like you claims her soon. She feels like my daughter, although she will be somebody ele's soon, I hope.
The giveaway was so successful, that this week we are doing the same for another little girl- Kareen.
I am so inspired by your story- God bless you.
I thought it was the same outfit at first too, but I don't think it is (after looking really closely). I also think that the dark spot is a shadow, not urine, but I might just be overly optimistic today.
ReplyDeleteAWWW! I want her! :)
ReplyDeleteWhat a precious little girl!
Hey, coud you head over to my organisations blog and spread the world how we are helping RR next year.... maybe we could help you one month ;)
THANK YOU!!!
